At LumaLanes, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to helping your team get the most out of your system.

1-Year Limited Warranty

All LumaLanes systems come with a 1-year manufacturing warranty. In rare cases, a faulty LED may occur due to manufacturing defects—these issues typically present themselves within the first 3–6 months. If any component of your system malfunctions within 12 months of the delivery date, we will repair or replace it free of charge (excluding shipping fees). Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to sending and receiving the product.

Post-Warranty Support

After 12 months, we offer the same repair or replacement service. However, parts and labor will be billed, and shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
