RETURNS, REFUNDS, & SHIPPING

How to Return or Exchange (U.S. Orders Only)

We want you to be confident in your purchase of our swim pacing technology. If you're not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return or exchange, please email us at cameron@lumalanes.com with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • The email address used at checkout

  • A brief explanation of the reason for the return or exchange

Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to return your item. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Products must be returned in new or like-new condition, with all original parts and packaging. Items returned damaged, incomplete, or not in original condition may be subject to repackaging or restocking fees, depending on condition.

 

International Orders

International customers are responsible for:

  • All shipping costs (both for the initial order and any return)

  • Any applicable customs, taxes, duties, or import fees

To initiate a return or exchange from outside the United States, please email cameron@lumalanes.com. All returns must be approved in advance.

 

Expedited Shipping

We offer expedited shipping within the U.S. via UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day Air.

  • Orders must be placed before 12 PM Central time for same-day shipping.

  • Expedited shipping applies to business days only. Orders placed after 12 PM Central time on Friday or over the weekend will ship the following Monday.

  • National holidays may delay shipment.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your system upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at cameron@lumalanes.com so we can make it right.

We reserve the right to deny a return if the product is not returned in acceptable condition. If accepted with visible wear or damage, a restocking fee may apply.

 

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your system for another LumaLanes product or size variant (if available), please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges are only accepted if the returned product is in like-new condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return and reshipping costs.

  • Exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

 

Refunds

Refunds are available on eligible returns made within 30 days of delivery. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 1–3 business days for processing after the item is received.

  • Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

LumaLanes LLC is not liable for lost or stolen packages. We strongly recommend shipping to a secure address or location.

If your order tracking shows "delivered" but you did not receive it, please:

  • Contact your local carrier first to verify delivery.

  • If the package is still missing, reach out to us at cameron@lumalanes.com for further assistance.

 

Holiday Return Policy Extension

To better serve our customers during the holiday season, we may extend our 30-day return policy for orders placed between November 15 and December 31. Any applicable return period extensions will be posted on our website during that time.
